Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2{f07 South Bend Common Council <br />The March 7, 2007 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was <br />called to order by Council President Timothy A, Rouse at 3:02 p.m. in the <br />Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Dieter, Pfeifer, Kelly, Varner, <br />Kuspa, Kirsits, Rouse, White, and Puzzello; Mayor Stephen Luecke, City <br />Attorney Charles Leone, City Controller M. Catherine Fanello and Kathleen <br />Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney. <br />Council President Rouse noted that the Executive Session was called for the <br />purpose of discussion of strategy with respect to passible initiation of litigation, <br />and read the Notice dated February 28, 2007 (copy attached} <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session <br />was that contained in the February 28,2 007 "Notice of Executive Session" which <br />was duly posted and called pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b}{2)(B), <br />which addresses the discussion of strategy with respect to possible initiation of <br />litigation. <br />Council President Rouse adjourned the Executive Session at 4:29 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />`~" f _ <br />Timothy A.Rcse <br />Council President <br />Attachment <br />
