Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the request was approved. APPROVAL OF CETA SUBGR:ANT MODIFICATION Mr. Elroy J. Kelzenberg, Director of the Bureau of Employment & Training, submitted Modification No. 1 to the subgrant agreement with the Specialized Transportation System of St. Joseph County., which modification renewed the agreement for the remainder of 1980; changed the format and amended the job description; and augmented the program budget by $50 to reflect administrative coordination costs. It was noted that all other parts of the initial agreement remained unchanged. Upon a motion: made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the modification was approved. F� 1 i
