4:_ 1. <br />REGULAR MEETING JULY 7, 1980 <br />APPROVAL OF CONTRACT AND FILING OF BONDS - RIETH -RILEY <br />CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (SAMPLE STREET IMPROVEMENTS) <br />The contract with Rieth -Riley Construction Company for Project <br />R & S 53, Sample Street Improvements and Widening, was submitted <br />for Board approval. The total amount of the contract is $1,254,056.23, <br />and it was noted that the Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment <br />Bond and Maintenance Bond have been filed with the Board.
