By the end of its first year, the Park has leased approximately 60 percent of its building space, providing a variety of resources and expertise to a client mix that includes advanced diagnostics; DNA sampling; drug discovery; health education; laser transmission; mobile apps; orthopedics; social ventures; wind turbine technology; and many more. Two companies that have already reached their stated goals, graduated from the Park and moved on to the next phase are Nexus RV, which will produce motor homes, and The Road to Fondwa LLC, which generated contributions for Haitian relief while promoting the documentary film, "The Road to Fondwa." Other clients have also made good progress on their milestones, with some writing grants, some launching their products and building their customer bases, some finding investors and others building prototypes.
