<br />The South Bend Parks and Recreation Department's aquatics
<br />facilities are now open for the summer season.
<br />Potawatomi Pool
<br />12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily Potawatomi Pool has a kiddie pool with a
<br />spray feature, a diving well and a regulation size pool with a water slide.
<br />East Race Waterway
<br />Sat: 12:00 -5:00 p. m., and Sun: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. This year there will
<br />also be a NEWclimbing wall in place at the East Race for those wanting a
<br />different challenge.
<br />Kennedy Water Plavaround
<br />11:00 a. m. - 5:00 p. m., Mon - Sat, and 12 - 5:00 p.m. Sun
<br />Kennedy Water Playground, located in Kennedy Park on Westmore just east
<br />of Bendix Drive, is a modern low -depth interactive water playground. The
<br />facility offers children slides, ladders, towers, water spray guns and much
