ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br /> <br />EO2010 <br />Ms. King conducted the election of officers. <br />LECTION OF FFICERS FOR <br /> <br /> PRESIDENT <br /> <br />M.MJP <br />Mr. Downes nominated Ms. Marcia Jones to serve as <br />S ARCIA ONES WAS ELECTED RESIDENT <br />2011 <br />FOR <br />President of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. The nomination was seconded by Mr. <br />Alford. There were no further nominations. The vote <br />being unanimous, Ms. Marcia Jones was elected <br />President for 2011. <br /> <br />VICE PRESIDENT <br /> <br />M.DVV <br />Mr. Downes nominated Mr. David Varner to serve as <br />R AVID ARNER WAS ELECTED ICE <br />P2011 <br />RESIDENT FOR <br />Vice President of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. The nomination was seconded by Mr. <br />Alford. There were no further nominations. The vote <br />being unanimous, Mr. Varner was elected Vice <br />President for 2011. <br /> <br />SECRETARY <br /> <br />M.NKS <br />Mr. Downes nominated Ms. King to serve as Secretary <br />S ANCY ING WAS ELECTED ECRETARY <br />2011 <br />FOR <br />of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. The <br />nomination was seconded by Mr. Alford. There were no <br />further nominations. The vote being unanimous, Ms. <br />Nancy King was elected Secretary for 2011. <br /> <br /> <br />4. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2831 <br />SETTING MAXIMUM SALARIES FOR 2011 AND <br />APPOINTING STAFF <br /> <br />Mr. Inks noted that the salaries in Resolution No. 2831 <br />correspond to the salaries approved by the Common <br />Council for these positions in 2011. Staff members do <br />not necessarily receive the maximum salary for their <br />positions and not every job classification is filled at the <br />present time. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
