ORDINANCE NO. ~~~ ~ 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORHTWEST <br />CORNER OF IRONWOOD ROAD AND S.R. 23, EXTENDING <br />NORTH TO DUNN ROAD AND SOUTHWESTERLY TO VANESS <br />STREET IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />INDIANA: <br />BE IT ORDAINED By the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is <br />commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification <br />of•_the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. <br />Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />Lot 5A, Ironwood North, Section Three <br />be and the same is hereby established as "B" Residential, "A" Height and <br />Area. <br />SECTION II. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance <br />is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning <br />classification of the following described real estate in the City of South <br />Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 41 of Maple <br />Lane Subdivision: thence South along the East <br />right-of-way line of Ironwood Drive to the South <br />right-of-way line of the Edwardsburg Highway (State <br />Road No. 23); thence in a Southwesterly direction <br />along the South Line of State Road No. 23 to the <br />North right-of-way line, extended, of Vaness Street; <br />thence West along said line to the Southeast corner <br />of Lot 44 of Vaness Plat (recorded); thence North <br />along the east lot line of said Lot 44 a distance of <br />300.00 feet; thence West parallel with the North <br />right-of-way line of Vaness Street a distance of 200 <br />feet to the East right-of-way line of Willis Street; <br />thence North along the East right-of-way line of <br />Willis Street 79.4 to the South lot line of Lot 41 <br />Vaness Plat; thence East along said lot' line to the <br />Southeast corner of said Lot 41; thence North along <br />the East line of Vaness Plat to the North <br />right-of-way line of Dunn Road; thence East along the <br />North line of Dunn Road to the place of beginning <br />excepting therefrom all rights-of-way; Lot 5A <br />Ironwood North, Section Three; and the following <br />described property: beginning at a point on the North <br />
