ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA APPROPRIATING $276,780 WITHIN FUND 212 FROM THE U.S. <br />DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT SHELTER PLUS <br />CARE GRANT PROGRAM <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />In order to deliver services to seriously physically and mentally ill individuals <br />within our community, The City of South Bend received funds from the U. S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development for the delivery of such services through <br />various subgrantees. The funds appropriated in this ordinance will aid in defraying the <br />costs of housing and related services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $276,780 is' hereby appropriated in Fund 212 and shall <br />be administered by the Department of Community & Economic Development and its <br />designated subgrantees as noted below: <br />Oaklawn Psychiatric Center M0087C511000901 $ 92,820 (9/8/10- 9/7/11) Scattered Site <br />Oaklawn Psychiatric Center IN009C51-1000802 $I41,120 (08/1/10 - 7131/11) Gateway <br />Oaklawn Psychiatric Center IN0010C5H000802 $ 42,840 (8/29/10 - 8/28/11) Perm. Hsg <br />TOTAL $276,780 <br />SECTION H.
