South Side Development Area <br /> <br /> <br />(1) Resolution No. 2691 related to acquisition <br />of property in the South Side Development <br />Area. (748 Hawbaker Street) <br /> <br />Mr. Relos noted that Resolution No. 2691 <br />sets the appraised acquisition value for 748 <br />Hawbaker Street at $32,000. The property is <br />located at the corner of Hawbaker and High <br />and was left on the recently amended <br />acquisition list as there is value in the <br />property for future infrastructure <br />improvements in the Erskine Plaza area. A <br />map of the parcel is attached. <br /> <br />The property was appraised by two <br />independent residential appraisers. The <br />property consists of one unoccupied house <br />and property. Staff has had several <br />conversations with the property owner about <br />acquisition and staff determined that to move <br />the process along it was necessary to set the <br />appraised value through the standard <br />resolution process. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 21 <br /> <br />
