~~ Ranch, Flarner & ~Issociates, /n~c, <br />MICHAEL J, DANCM, L.A. <br />RbN HARNER, P.S. <br />Land Surveyors ^ Professional Engineers <br />Landscape Architects .Land Planners <br />Mr, Matthew Sikora <br />Community & Economic Development <br />12~ Floor County-City Building <br />South Bend, Indiana 4b601 <br />December 14, 2010 <br />RE: Proposal for Planning and Surveying services for <br />proposed Ignition Park Minor Subdivision, West of Franklin Street, <br />South of Sample Street, North of Transpo & Railroad R/Wand East <br />of Prairie Ave., South Bend, Indiana: <br />Dear Mr. Sikora: <br />Please accept this letter as our written cost quote to provide you with <br />Planning and Surveying services to create a Two (2) Lot Minor Subdivision for a <br />proposed user locating to the proposed Ignition Park on the property generally <br />located Northwest of the Transpo site on the property that is generally known as <br />part of Lot 1A of the "Transpo Minor Subdivision" being South of Sample Street, <br />on the North, the Railroad R/W, and West of Franklin Street, South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />After our discussion of the project on December 10th, I would suggest the <br />following as our scope of work for this project: <br />Part I: (Prevaration of Street & Alley Vacation Petitions, if needed <br />1). Requesting a vacation for the existing streets and alleys that will become <br />lots within the develaprnent. It appears that a portion of Franklin Street <br />running from Garst Street North to Sample Street would be required to be <br />vacated as well as the existing alleys in the block bounded by Franklin Street <br />on the West, Sample Street on the North, and Lafayette Blvd. on the East and <br />Garst Street on the South. <br />2).
