Requesting a vacation for the existing streets and alleys that will become <br />lots within the develaprnent. It appears that a portion of Franklin Street <br />running from Garst Street North to Sample Street would be required to be <br />vacated as well as the existing alleys in the block bounded by Franklin Street <br />on the West, Sample Street on the North, and Lafayette Blvd. on the East and <br />Garst Street on the South. <br />2).
