The Redevelopment Commission will take action on November 19 to approve a bond <br />resolution and appropriate the monies. <br />Mr. Joseph Kernan, President of the South Bend Professional Baseball Club spoke <br />regarding the upgrades. <br />Director St. Clair commented that the Professional Sports Development Fund has brought <br />$22 million to the community over the past 24 years. <br />Dr. Kelly made a motion to approve the Interlocal Agreement. Mr. Mullins seconded the <br />motion and it was approved. <br />2.
