Scott) <br /> <br /> <br />(6) Approval to file a sign variance for Entry <br />Signage for Oliver Industrial Park. <br /> <br />Mr. Relos explained items 6.D.(6), (7) and <br />(8) together. He noted that as part of the <br />master planning and site improvements <br />proposed for Oliver Industrial Park, it has <br />been determined that a sign variance will be <br />required to allow for dual entry signage at the <br />main entrance at Oliver Plow Court and <br />Chapin Street. The plans, as proposed and <br />which is currently out for bid, details one <br />sign on each corner of the intersection. The <br />current zoning ordinance would only allow <br />for a single park entry sign for the industrial <br />park based on spacing requirements. <br /> <br />To facilitate the zoning application, staff <br />requested a proposal from Danch, Harner and <br />Associates, the project design team for this <br /> 14 <br /> <br />
