South Bend Central Development Area <br /> <br />(1) Staff report on LaSalle Hotel. <br /> <br />SLSH <br />Ms. Jennings gave a report, noting that on <br />TAFF REPORT ON AALLE OTEL ROOF <br /> <br />REPAIR <br />October 15, 2010 the Commission authorized <br />repair of the Hotel LaSalle roof, instructing <br />staff to seek additional quotes and proceed <br />using the lowest quote not exceeding $6,000. <br />The three quotes ranged from $9,900 to <br />$2,170. Horns and Sons was the lowest <br />quote. Staff was concerned about whether <br />they would really be able to provide the <br />scope of services required for that amount of <br />money, but Horns and Sons assured staff that <br />it could. The work is currently in process. <br /> <br /> <br />(2) Letter of Intent for UAN Cultural & <br />Creative, Ltd. to lease 123 S.
