It is amazing what 18 months of effort can do. <br />I any event, please remit the X2,000.00 I had paid to Mrs. Bullard and her nephew. You wi11 <br />recall they demanded non-refundable earnest money in exchange for allowing us a longer due <br />diligence period when I had their property under contract. Our thinking at that time was we were <br />to trade this property along with some neighboring properties to the City in exchange for the <br />retention pond land.
