Attached to the Addendum is a copy of <br />the professional services proposal from Christopher B. Burke Engineering to provide demolition <br />services related to 1503/1505 Prairie Ave. <br />The Commission acquired 1503/1505 Prairie Ave earlier this fall and the site is presently vacant. <br />The property owner, per the acquisition agreement, is relocating the structure at 1505 Prairie (small <br />metal building) and is doing some light salvaging from the building at 1503 Prairie. The property <br />owner had 60 days from date of closing (about 30 days left in period) to complete these activities.. <br />Once the work is complete, staff would be in a position to award a demolition contract to clean and <br />clear the site. <br />Staff requests approval of Resolution 2803 and the Addendum To Master Agency Agreement for the <br />1503/1505 Prairie Ave -Demolition Planning Project. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
