(3) Use of Yards Between Buildings <br />All yards between buildings shall be maintained as a landscaped yard <br />area free from buildings or structures unless specifically authorized: <br />a. Yards Oriented toward the Central Green (if provided) — may <br />include directory / wayfinding signs, sidewalks, walkways, <br />pedestrian ways, drainage features, utilities or outdoor <br />seating areas, provided any signs or outdoor seating areas: <br />shall not block an entrance or exit to or from the <br />business or building; and, <br />ii. shall be located so as to not interfere or conflict with <br />sidewalks, walkways, pedestrian ways or foundation <br />landscaping. <br />FO DIN'G A EA <br />rL�F'F "; Al- C.
