396 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />TITLE SHEET SIGNED - ORANGE /COLFAX CONNECTOR <br />FEBRUARY 19, 1979 <br />The title sheet approving the plans for the proposed Orange /Colfax <br />Connector was submitted to the Board. Plans have been submitted <br />to the Indiana State Highway Commission. The project area extends <br />from the Orange -Meade intersection to the Colfax- LaPorte <br />intersection. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. <br />Mullen and carried, the title sheet approving the plans was signed <br />by the Board. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Deputy City Controller Michael L. Vance submitted to the Board <br />Claim Docket Numbers 2584 through 3318 and recommended approval. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and <br />carried, the Board approved Claim Docket Numbers 2584 through 3318 <br />and directed that checks for payment be issued. <br />TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES APPROVED <br />Ralph J. Wadzinski, Manager of the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, <br />submitted to the Board the following recommendations for traffic <br />control devices: <br />A. Remove 30 minute parking, 6 am to 6 pm at 110 E. Dubail, <br />and revise to No Parking, requested by the owner of the <br />business at 110 E. Dubail to facilitate loading and <br />unloading. <br />B. Install 30 Minute Parking, ,6 am to 6 pm, at 1818 S. Main <br />Street, Muia Construction Co., to increase parking turnover. <br />Revise 2 Hour Parking, 6 am to 6 pm, to 30 Minute Parking, <br />6 am to 6 pm, at 1812 S. Main, Frank's Florist, and <br />1814 S. Main, Computer Associates, to increase parking turnover <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and <br />carried, the recommendations were approved. <br />CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FILED - LYKOWSKI HOUSE MOVERS <br />A Certificate of Insurance for Lykowski House Movers was submitted <br />to the Board. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. <br />Mullen and carried, the certificate was filed. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period February 7 through <br />February 12 was submitted to the Board. The report indicated <br />twelve outages.
