Mr. Bodnar <br />stated <br />this was an addition to the agenda. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />REQUEST TO HIRE FIRE RECRUITS <br />Chief Howard Buchanon submitted to the Board a letter requesting permission to hire fourteen <br />(14) Fire Recruits as civilian City employees. The recruit class is scheduled to begin on <br />November 30, 2010 for a period of approximately twenty (20) weeks with an effective date of <br />hire as Firefighters of April 15, 2011.
