PUBLIC AGENDA SESSION NOVEMBER 17, 2010 95 ATTEST: Lihzda M. Martin, Clerk Eddie Miller, Member EXECUTIVE SESSION NOVEMBER 17, 2010 The Board of Public Safety met in the Executive Session on November 17, 2010, at 8:30 a.m. The meeting was held in the Mayor's Conference Room, 14th Floor County City Building, South Bend, Indiana, for the purposes specified in I.C. 5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b) (2) (A) and (b) (6) (A) and I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(7). Board President Juanita Dempsey, Board Members Bruce BonDurant, Patrick Cottrell, Laura Vasquez, and Eddie Miller were present. Also present were Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar, Police Chief Darryl Boykins, and Fire Chief Howard Buchanon. Board members did not discuss any subject matter other than the subject matter as specified in the Public Notice. Bonl;tzrant, Member Vasquez, Eddie Miller, vMember NOVEMBER 17 2010 The Board of Public Safety met in the regular meeting at 9:18 a.m. on Wednesday, November 17, 2010, with Board President Juanita Dempsey and Board Members Bruce BonDurant, Patrick Cottrell, Laura Vasquez, and Eddie Miller present. Also present were Police Chief Darryl Boykins, Fire Chief Howard Buchanon, and Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar. The meeting was held in the Board of Public Works Meeting Room, 13'h Floor County City Building, South Bend, Indiana. ACCEPT MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING President Dempsey stated that unless there were any objections, the Minutes of the October 27, 2010 Meeting and the Special Meeting of October 29, 2010, would be accepted as presented.
