REGULAR MEETING <br />CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FILED <br />JULY 17, 1978 <br />Certificates of Insurance for Ritschard Brothers and Fisk <br />Plumbing were submitted to the Board. Upon motion made by <br />Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the Certificates <br />were ordered filed. <br />REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY OFFICE AT DAVIS DRIVE AND GRANT ST. APPROVED <br />Albert Schulman, General Realty Company, requested that the Board <br />grant permission to locate a portable classroom on their lot <br />at Davis Drive and Grant Street for use as a temporary office <br />during proposed construction of a truck terminal. The request <br />was for a period of one year. Mr. Mullen suggested that the <br />Board approve the request for six months, which has been the <br />Board's past practice, with the understanding that the Board would <br />consider a six month extension. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, <br />seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, the Board approved the request <br />to locate the portable classroom on the lot for six months, subject <br />to any requirements of the Building Department, with the understanding <br />that the Board would consider a request for an extension of time <br />if needed. <br />MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING APPROVED <br />Mr. Mullen reported that the minutes of the July 10 meeting of the <br />Board had been reviewed and he made a motion that the minutes be <br />accepted as submitted. Mr. Brunner seconded the motion and it <br />carried. <br />There being <br />motion made <br />the meeting <br />ATTEST: <br />no further business to come <br />by Per. McMahon, seconded by <br />adjourned -4- <br />before the Board, upon <br />Mr. Pullen and carried, <br />Patricia DeClercq, Clerk' <br />
