REGULAR MEETING <br />CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FILED <br />145 <br />JUNE 5, 1978 <br />Standard Mechanical, Inc. submitted to the Board a Certificate of <br />Insurance. The Certificate conforms to the present City requirements <br />for insurance coverage. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded <br />by Mr. Mullen and carried, the insurance certificate was filed. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Michael L. Vance, Deputy City Controller, submitted to the Board <br />Claim Docket Numbers 10062 through 10478 and recommended approval. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and <br />carried, the Board approved Claim Docket Numbers 10062 throuth 10478 <br />and directed that checks for payment be issued. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage report for the period May 19 through 30 <br />was submitted to the Board. The report indicated thirty -four outages. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, <br />the report was ordered filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, <br />the meeting adjourned at 10:45 a.m. <br />trick M.
