• <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period May 15 <br />23 was submitted to the Board. The report indicated <br />outages. Upon motion made by Mr. Mullen, seconded by <br />and carried, the report was filed. <br />BLOCK PARTY APPROVED RETROACTIVELY <br />MAY 30, 1978 <br />through May <br />forty -six <br />Mr. Brunner <br />A request from Mrs. Joan Gabrich to hold a block party on Vassar <br />Avenue, between Riverside Drive and Woodward, was received by the <br />Board too late to be considered at the last meeting. The request <br />was for Memorial Day, May 29, 1978 from noon to 8:00 p.m. The <br />Bureau of Traffic and Lighting and the Police Department reviewed <br />the request and recommended approval. Upon motion made by Mr. <br />Mullen, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the request was <br />approved retroactively. <br />COPIER LEASE SIGNED <br />The Lease Agreement with I.B.M. for two Copier II's in accordance <br />with the bid accepted by the Board on April 17, 1978 was submitted <br />to the Board for signature. Monthly lease payment for the two <br />copiers is $465.00.
