REGULAR MEETING APPROVAL OF HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMIT MARCH 31. 1980 An application for handicapped parking permit was received for Mary Shirk, 3903 Ardmore Trail, South Bend. It was stated that the permit was a renewal. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the permit was approved and referred to the Controller's Office for issuance. APPROVAL OF CETA SUBGRANT MODIFICATION NO. 2 CHAMBER OF COMMERCE Mr. Elroy Kelzenberg submitted Modification No. 2 to the Subgrant Agreement between the Bureau of Employment and Training and the South Bend - Mishawaka Chamber of Commerce. The modification incorporated the program narrative, budget and appendixes relating to the CETA Title VII private sector initiatives program. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the modification was approved. STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT The report indicated a total of 10 outages from the period of March 20 through March 26, 1980. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the report was filed. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS Chief Deputy Controller Michael L. Vance submitted to the Board Claim Docket Nos. 5679 through 6085 and recommended approval. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the claims were approved and the report filed. It was stated that the next meeting of the Board, to be held on April 7, 1980, would commence at 8:30 a.m., and that any hearings or legally advertised matters would be considered at 9:30 a.m. There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:05 a.m. ATTEST: - 1?-, 6, OLA--oz- Sq X� Barbara J.
