379 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />St. John's Business Machines <br />1134 Lincolnway East <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />MARCH 17, 1930 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the bid of St. John's Business Machines was rejected <br />because it was accompanied by only a 5% bid bond and not the <br />10% bid bond required and advertised. <br />IBM Corporation Bid was signed by J.
