REGULAR MEETING JULY 26, 2010 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmember Oliver Davis made a motion to continue this bill indefinitely at the <br />request of the petitioners. Councilmember Puzzello seconded the motion. Councilmember Henry <br />Davis Jr., seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. <br /> <br /> <br />The meeting resumed at 9:26 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Henry Davis, Jr. not present at this time. <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS – THIRD READING <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10025-10 AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE THE <br /> FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: <br /> THE ALLEY TO BE VACATED IS DESCRIBED <br /> AS THE WEST HALF OF THE FIRST EAST- <br /> WEST ALLEY SOUTH OF NAPOLEON <br /> BETWEEN DUEY AND THE FIRST NORTH- <br /> SOUTH ALLEY SITUATED IN HARTMAN <br /> AND WOODWORTH’S PLAT TO THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, ST.
