Receipt of Bids <br /> <br />(1) Receipt of Bids in connection with <br />disposition of 1313 Prairie Avenue in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area <br /> <br />Mr. Inks noted that one bid was received for <br />disposition of 1313 Prairie Avenue, from <br />Enyart Electric Motor Repair. He referred <br />the bid to legal counsel to determine whether <br />it was a conforming bid. <br /> <br />Mr. Meteiver reviewed the bid and found that <br />the bid for the property was less than the <br />minimum offering price of $189,000. The <br />bid is therefore non-responsive. He asked for <br />a motion to reject all tendered bids. <br /> <br />C <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by <br />OMMISSION REJECTED ALL TENDERED BIDS FOR <br />1313PAA <br /> RAIRIE VENUE IN THE IRPORT <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the <br />EDA <br />CONOMIC EVELOPMENT REA <br />Commission rejected all tendered bids for <br />1313 Prairie Avenue in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br /> <br />Mr. Meteiver explained that the Commission <br /> 4 <br /> <br />
