This will <br />better prepare you for the process of seeking public funds /grants for the initial growth of the Park. <br />These steps work to reinforce the Master Plan, are used to market to potential donors and <br />tenants, and set the precedent for the Park. <br />The following is a Fee Summary for the work outlined in the attached detailed Proposal: <br />PARTA: Land Use Planning /Assessment <br />Design /Assessment Fee (utilizing a local consultant to assist) $15,500 <br />Production of Deliverables (11X17 booklet) $ 3,000 <br />Reimbursable Allowance (travel and other standard reimbursables) $ 2,500 <br />Total PARTA $21,000* <br />*Assumes all existing information and site investigation is complete and adequate.
