372 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />APPROVE RELEASE OF EXCAVATION BOND GEORGE BERNATH <br />MARCH 10, 1980 <br />The Board received a request for release of Excavation Bond No. <br />45552 for George Bernath in the amount of $5,000 from the Jerry <br />J. Miller Insurance Company. A recommendation from Raymond S. <br />Andyrsiak dated March 5, 1980, indicated that the bond may be <br />released. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. <br />Kernan and carried, approval was given for the release of the I <br />bond. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMIT <br />The Board received an application for a handicapped parking permit <br />for the following individual: <br />Josephine Villarreal <br />835 South Kenmore <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />carried, the above application was approved and referred to the <br />Controller's Office for permit issuance. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report indicated 12 outages between the period of February 25, <br />1980, through March 5, 1980. Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, <br />seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the report was filed. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Chief Deputy Controller Michael L. Vance submitted to the Board <br />Claim Docket Numbers 4004 through 4537 and recommended approval. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the claims were approved and the report filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, the <br />meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m. <br />5"" <br />Patrick M.
