MR <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />DECEMBER 26, 1979 <br />Mr. McMahon made a motion to accept the recommendation to split <br />the insurance coverage and award the coverage as described <br />to the New Hampshire Insurance Company through the Jerry J. Miller <br />Agency and the Hartford Insurance Company through Bruner- Cassady- <br />Neeser Agency.
