REGULAR MEETING <br />REQUEST TO PURCHASE CITY -OWNED LOT FILED <br />223 <br />OCTOBER 8, 1979 <br />Dale Yeakey, 633 E. Broadway, submitted a request to the Board <br />for information regarding the purchase of a city -owned lot <br />at 629 E. Broadway. Upon motion made by Mr.. McMahon, seconded by <br />Mr. Brunner and carried, the Board filed the request and referred <br />it to the Mayor's Office, Community Development Department, <br />Engineering Department, Park Department and Redevelopment Department <br />for review and a determination as to whether the lot should be <br />retained for any purpose. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period September 28 through <br />October 1 was received. The report indicated four outages. Upon <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, <br />the report was ordered filed. <br />CLAIMS APPROVED <br />Chief Deputy Controller Michael L. Vance submitted to the Board <br />Claim Docket Numbers 19412 to 20029 and recommended approval. Upon <br />motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, <br />the Board approved Claim Docket Numbers 19412 to 20029 and directed <br />that checks for payment be issued. <br />There being <br />motion made <br />the meeting <br />no further business to come <br />by Mr. McMahon, seconded by <br />adjourned at 10•x5 n m <br />ATTEST: <br />Patricia DeClercq, Clerk <br />before the Board, upon <br />Mr, Mullen and carried, <br />
