Bid was signed by Carmelo <br />South Bend, Indiana Ritschard, non - collusion affidavit <br />was in order and a 5% bid bond <br />was submitted. <br />Bid - Sheet Piling - $95,251.00 <br />Bearing Piling 102,414.00 <br />Combined Total Bid - $197,665.00 <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, <br />the bids were referred to the Engineering Department and the <br />Construction Manager for review and recommendation. <br />OPENING OF BIDS - CONCRETE IMPROVEMENTS <br />This was the date set for receiving bids for concrete improvements <br />in the 1100 block Echo Drive, intersection of Clayton and Eaton Drive, <br />intersection of Sample and Sheridan, island at the intersection of <br />York and Ireland Road and the repair of curbs on Miami Street, from <br />Eckman to Donmoyer. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of <br />notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- County.News which were <br />found to be sufficient.
