122 <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />JULY 9, 1979 <br />A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at <br />3:30 p.m, on Monday, July 9, 1979 by Chairman Pro -Tem Peter H. <br />Mullen, with Mr. Mullen and Mr, Brunner present and Mr, McMahon <br />absent. <br />AWARDING OF BID - PERMANENT EXHIBITS AT DISCOVERY HALL MUSEUM <br />Richard Welch, Director of Discovery Hall Museum, submitted to the <br />Board his report that the bids received for the construction of <br />Permanent Exhibits at Discovery Hall Museum had been reviewed. <br />He recommended acceptance of the low bid of Lynch Exhibits of <br />Pennsauken, New Jersey of $150,000.00.
