102 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FILED <br />JUNE 25, 1979 <br />A Certificate of Insurance written on behalf of Sollitt Construction <br />Company was submitted to the Board. The certificate was in proper <br />form and in the liability limits required. Upon motion made by Mr. <br />McMahon, seconded by Mr, Brunner and carried, the certificate was <br />ordered filed. <br />BOND RELEASED - SWANK CEMENT COMPANY <br />Ray. S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, reported to the Board that <br />the request of the Surety Company to release the Contractor's <br />Bond of Swank Cement Company had been reviewed. There are no <br />outstanding claims or permits for this Contractor and the bond can <br />be released. Mr. McMahon made a motion that the bond of Swank <br />Cement Company be released effective this date. Mr. Brunner <br />seconded the motion and it carried. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT FILED <br />The Street Light Outage Report for the period June,14 through <br />June 18 was submitted to the Board. The report indicated seven <br />outages. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner <br />and carried, the report was ordered filed. <br />REQUEST FOR STREET SERVICES FILED <br />Missionary Dora Lottie submitted a request to conduct Street <br />Services daily during the month of July at the corner of Washington <br />and Walnut Streets from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Upon motion made by <br />Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr, Brunner and carried, the request <br />was filed and referred to the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting and <br />the Police Department for review and recommendation. <br />BLOCK PARTY REQUEST FILED - MEADOW LANE <br />The Board received.a request from the Maurice Matthys Little League <br />to hold a Block Party on Saturday, July 21 from 3:00 p.m. to <br />midnight on Meadow Lane, from Lombardy to Evergreen.
