E0 <br />EMERGENCY MEETING MAY 1, 1979 <br />An Emergency Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened <br />at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 1979 by President Patrick 14. <br />McMahon, with Mr. McMahon and Mr. Mullen present. <br />The purpose of the meeting was to consider an application from <br />Liz Gilbert, 1265 Kinyon Street, to operate a booth on River <br />Bend Plaza on Saturday, May 5, 1979 from 10:00 a.m, to 4:00 p.m. <br />The booth will be used to distribute nuclear plant moratorium <br />information and will be located in the Robertson's block. <br />The application was submitted to the Board by Michele Dobski, <br />Director, River Bend Plaza. Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, <br />seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried, the application was approved. <br />41 <br />
