EMERGENCY MEETING <br />APRIL 12, 1979 <br />An Emergency Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened <br />at 1:55 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 1979 by President Patrick <br />M. McMahon, with Mr. McMahon and Mr, Brunner in attendance. <br />The purpose of the meeting was to receive and file information <br />regarding liability coverage for the launching of a hot air <br />balloon on Monday, April 16, 1979 from the Marycrest Parking <br />Lot, 2015 W. Western Avenue, sponsored by the Richardson for <br />Mayor Committee. The Board received verbal verification from <br />Mrs. Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand that Urbine- Sides, Inc. Insurance <br />Company will provide the insurance coverage for the event. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and <br />carried, the Board acknowledged receipt of the liability <br />insurance information. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. McMahon, seconded by Mr. Brunner and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />atricia DeClercq, C erk <br />:25, <br />
