SABO <br />NOVEMBER 280 1956 <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held on Wednesday, Novem- <br />ber 28, 1956 at 2:30 P.M. All members were present. <br />First appeared before the Board the Cha.L iro% n,' ofi =thiaeHtinggrrana Rblief Committee <br />with reference to request permission to set aside December 15, 1956 for the Hungarian <br />Relief Tag Day. Permission granted. <br />Next piece of business on the agenda for this meeting is the applications of <br />Edward Peters and Guy Gilligan of the City of South Bend Fire Department requesting <br />the payment of disability pension of $216.19 per month or 55 per cent of a fully <br />paid first class firemen's salary.
