Urgonskiof the South Bend Police Force requests <br />for demotion from Sergeant to Patrolman. Request granted. <br />The Board of Public Safety approved the recommendation of the Chief <br />of Police that Officer John Weinzetl be promoted to Sergeant as of March 11 <br />1956• <br />A request was submitted to the Board for Sergeant Wiskotoni to be ex- <br />cused from Police Duty from March 4 to the 18, 1956 for active duty in the <br />United States Air Force during that period. Request granted. <br />The Board approved the bond for Special Police Officer in and for the <br />City of South Ben d, Indiana for Fred Eugene Dubbs, 215 Prairie Avenue, <br />Mishawaka and Paul F. Righter, R. R. #4, Box 337, South Bend, Indiana. <br />The monthly report of the South Bend Police Department for the month <br />of January, 1956 was accepted and filed. <br />
