Seals. <br />e resignation of Officer Seals.was accepted by the Board, effective <br />vember 15, 1955, and the Officer, upon the recommendAtinn of the Chief <br />Police, was granted terminal leave, with pay, ending November 15, 1955• <br />F�RE DEPARTMENT: <br />Fire Chief, R. J. Duck, being present, brought to the attention of the <br />Board his department's need for five new gas masks.' The Board granted <br />authorization for the purchase of this equipment. <br />ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT: <br />Supt. Ira Hunsberger was present and upon his recommendation the Board <br />approved the installation of a 4000 lumen light at the northwest corner of <br />Ewing Avenue and Robinson Street, and at the terminus of Haney Avenue with <br />alley paralleling the New York Central Railroad right of way. <br />MN <br />Atl <br />Petitions calling for improved lighting at the following locations were <br />mined and referred to Supt. Hunsberger for investigation and recommendation: <br />500 block West Colf ax Avenue <br />Bulla Street between Medora and Wilbur Streets <br />FrarAin Street between Garst and Stull Streets. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />adjourned at 11:05 A.
