SPECIAL MEETING <br />June- 2, 1955 <br />A special meeting of the-Board of , Public. Safety was held ifi'- the <br />office of the Board, Wednesday, June 2, 1955, at 9:45 A. M. CST. Mr. <br />J. A. Bickel was absent. <br />Fire Chief, Richard J. Duck, appeared before the Board and reported <br />that an error was made in demoting Lieutenant Alex Niespodziany from <br />lieutenant to private, as of June 1, 1955. <br />The Board, accordingly and unanimously decided <br />demotion of Lieutenant Niespodziany, and restore him <br />of June 1, 1955 • <br />to revoke the <br />to lieutenancy as <br />Upon the recommendation of Fire Chief, Richard J. Duck, Lieutenant <br />Ted Kanczuzewski of- Engine Company No. 8 was demoted by the Board to <br />the rank of private, effective June, 15, 19S5. <br />There being no further business to be brought before this meeting, <br />the meeting was adjourned at 10 :55 A. M. <br />C rmari <br />Attest: <br />Clerk <br />June 6, 1955 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public 'Safety was held Monday, <br />June 6,'1955, at 10 :00 A. M All`members'were present. Minutes of <br />the previous regular meeting and also special meeting were read and <br />approved. Salary claims, in the total amount of $82,473.60, were. <br />approved.
