forms are true and correct, and the Petitioner is only claiming the Phase -In <br />Benefits permitted under this Article and the Schedules attached thereto. <br />(c) Accordingly, if the Petitioner fails to accurately describe the Phase -Ins to <br />which the Petitioner is entitled, and the activity which justifies the Phase - <br />In Credits, the person executing the forms shall be subject to the penalties <br />for perjury under the laws of the State of Indiana. <br />(d) The Community and Economic Development Department shall utilize <br />information required to be filed by the Petitioner in the SB -1, CF -1, and <br />CF- l /PP forms in its annual review and in reporting to the Council. To <br />the extent necessary the Community and Economic Development may <br />request additional information from the applicant to supplement the <br />information contained in the forms. <br />Sec. 2 -84.4 Annual summary to be prepared by Community and Economic Development <br />Department. <br />((aa�_..,,_On or before March 31 of each year, the Community and Economic Development <br />Department shall file an annual report with the City Clerk and Council <br />summarizing all tax phase -in activity for the past calendar year. The report shall <br />.include, but not be limited to, a copy of the County Auditor's information <br />published by the County Auditor as required by IC 6- 1.1- 12.1 -8. <br />.(b)'he Areal Report of the Community and Economic Development shall include <br />any evidence found indicating any Phase -In Credits taken by the Applicant but <br />not earned and any ste ps taken to notify the Count Auditor of this evidence. <br />See.. 2 -84.5 Review of tax phase -in procedures by Council. <br />(a) In calendar years ending with an even number, the Council shall review its tax <br />phase -in procedures set forth in this article. <br />(b) The review shall be conducted by the Council's Community and Economic <br />Development Committee with a report of its findings being presented to the full <br />Council on or before October 1 of such years. <br />(c) Nothing in this section prohibits a more frequent review of such procedures. <br />Section 11.
