Bend Common Council's Community and Economic Development <br />Committee. <br />(12) Economic Revitalization Area and ERA have the meaning set forth <br />in I.C. 6 -1.1 -III -1 et seq. <br />13 Existin Lm to ees or Em to meat means the number of full -time <br />employees listed in the Application filed under Division 3 below. <br />14 Full Time Employee or Employment means an employee who <br />works at least thirty CM) hours in a five (5) consecutive day period. <br />(15) Green Products and Services means products and services, the use <br />of which qualifies for federal Tax Credits in any one 1 of the <br />following.:yses: _(i)__ solar,. argcl_wind ever y� {i waste eJaarai c nz <br />(iii )_ recycling and reuse iv energy efficient construction <br />materials and design, and (v) heating, cooling and environmental <br />control equipment. <br />(163) Hard - Dollar Costs means expenses directly related to the proposed <br />new construction or rehabilitation excluding costs of land, <br />financing, architect, engineering, and attorney fees. <br />(174) Local Contractor means a legal entity the Council deems to have <br />its principal place of business in St. Joseph County, Indiana or <br />those Indiana counties located immediately adjacent to St. Joseph <br />County. <br />(185) Low and Moderate Income Individuals or Families means those <br />persons who qualify under the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Development, Sections 3 and 8 income requirements. <br />(196) Mixed Use means any mix of two (2) or more of the following uses <br />only: office, retail, multi- family housing, or hotel uses. <br />(20) Net New Employment means any increase in full -tune employees <br />for any pailicular calendar year over the full -tinge em to ent <br />existing at the time of the filing of the application, added kem the <br />(214 -7) New Information Technology Equipment has the meaning set forth <br />in T.C. 6 -1.1- 12.1 -1 et seq. <br />(224S) New Logistical Distribution Equipment has the meaning set forth <br />in I.C. 6.1.1 - 12.1.1 et seq. <br />51 <br />
