South Bend Central Development Area <br /> <br />(1) Addendum to Contract for Sale of Land <br />with East Bank South Bend Development <br />LLC (former Rink Riverside site) <br /> <br />Mr. Relos noted that on March 5, 2010 the <br />Commission approved a Contract for Sale of <br />Land with East Bank Development LLC for <br />the former Rink Riverside site at Sycamore <br />and Colfax Streets. The Addendum to <br />Contract for Sale of Land is before the <br />Commission today because the original <br />Contract required the Commission to approve <br />the final site plan and building specifications. <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br />
