Airport Economic Development Area <br /> <br />(6) Resolution No. 2782 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area (627 W. Indiana Ave.) <br /> <br />Mr. Relos noted that the owners of 627 W. <br />Indiana Ave. contacted staff with an interest <br />in selling their property. Resolution No. <br />2782 sets the acquisition value of the <br />property at $34,750, the average of two <br />independent appraisals. Staff requests <br />approval of Resolution No. 2782. <br /> <br />CRN.2782 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />OMMISSION APPROVED ESOLUTION O <br />RELATED TO ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY IN THE <br />Ms. King and unanimously carried, the <br />AEDA(627 <br />IRPORT CONOMIC EVELOPMENT REA <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2782 <br />W.IA.) <br /> NDIANA VE <br />related to acquisition of property in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area (627 <br />W. Indiana Ave.) <br /> <br /> <br />(7) Resolution No. 2783 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area (905-909 W.
