The Fire Department application of Russell Dean Gonser was ex- <br />d and ordered placed on file. <br />Rural runs made by Engine companies 11 and.12, under dates of <br />ptember 25 and 28 respectively, as covered by Captaints and Lieutenants <br />ily Reports, were examined and ordered filed. <br />Fire Department Injuries Report covering injuries sustained by Fire <br />D partment personnel under dates of July 29, August 13, and September <br />7 14, and 24, was examined and ordered filed. <br />TRICAL DEPARTMENT <br />Superintendent Ira Hunsberger, being present, submitted a report on <br />a lighting survey ordered by Mayor John A. Scott, and made by the super - <br />i tendent, in company with Councilman Niezgodski. Their findings and <br />r commendations for improved lighting in the area covered by the report <br />were accepted and approved by the :Hoard.. <br />Superintendent Hunsbergerts recommendation for the installation of a <br />00 lumen light at the alley entrance on LaFayette Blvd. between North <br />ore Drive and Marquette Avenue, was approved by the Board. <br />A petition by Whitcomb & Keller, Inc., under date of October 4, 1954 <br />for the installation of a street light at a point midway between Greenlawn <br />Avenue and the light at north entrance to John Adams High School, was <br />examined and referred to Superintendent Ira Hunsberger for investigation <br />and report. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting <br />adjourned at 11;05 A.M. <br />JIU4 4F <br />C a rman <br />A t test,`�G <br />October 18, 1954 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Safety was held Monday, <br />October 18, 1954, at 10:00 A. M. All members were present. Minutes of the <br />pr vious meeting were read and approved.
