Minutes of the <br />previous meeting were read and approved. Duck, being present, turned over to the Board <br />or their examination and consideration Police Report of accident, involving <br />Fire Department car driven by Lt. E. D. Smith, and the car of Mrs. Charles <br />organ, Jr., driv °e n by her daughter, together with reports submitted by <br />t. Smith and Mrs. Morgan, and estimates of repair also submitted by Mrs. <br />organ. The Board took the matter under advisement. <br />Fire Chief Duck next submitted to the Board three quotations for the <br />roofing of Fire Station No. 4. The Board examined the quotations and <br />arded reroofing work to La -Rite Roofing & Insulating Co., Inc., 1606 <br />shawaka Avenue, for the sum of $863.00. <br />The Fire Department application of Elmer E. Boocher was: examined and <br />ferred to the City Personnel Director. <br />The opening of bids was the next order of business, the time being <br />1 :00 otclock D.S.T.
