Duck and <br />rot at to the Board's attention the Fire Department's need for a half -ton <br />ick -up truck. Funds being available to meet the expenditure, the Board <br />auctioned the purchase and directed the Clerk to proceed with the re- <br />uired legal advertising for bids. <br />The Fire Department applications of Gene A. Minnick and Bernard <br />. Zmyslo were examined and referred to the office of the City Personnel <br />ireetor, also application for Gerald Zane Glaser. <br />LICE DEPARTMENT: <br />The Police Auxiliary School Patrol applications of Mertice E. Jones <br />Thelma L. Paskell were examined and referred to the office of the City <br />onnel Director. <br />TRICAL DEPARTMENT: <br />A petition, bearing date of July 2, 1954, calling for the installing <br />street lights on Floral Place, from Ford Street to Mayflower Road, was <br />mined and.referred to Superintendent Ira Hunsberger for investigation <br />report. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the <br />ting. adjourned at 11 :20 A.
