This <br />application is made as an extension of the 2009 and 2010 Community Gardens in the same <br />location. Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the request was <br />approved. <br />TRIPLE TRAILER PERMIT — CONWAY FREIGHT <br />Mr. Gilot stated a Permit to Operate Long Combination Vehicles To and From the Indiana Toll <br />Road has been submitted to the Board for approval by Conway Freight, 1530 South Olive Street, <br />South Bend, Indiana 46619, for ingress and egress from the Toll Road. Mr. Gilot noted the <br />permit has received favorable recommendation from the Engineering Division. Mr. Littrell noted <br />this is a renewal of the same permit that is applied for every year.
