Mr. Gilot made a motion that the Board deny <br /> their request for the tables blocking the crosswalk, but approve the two tables close to the front <br /> of the building. Mr. Littrell seconded the motion, which carried. Mr. Gilot requested they work <br /> with Ashley Bedell, Kite Realty, on the placement of their tables. <br /> APPROVE SIDEWALK CAFE PERMIT APPLICATION—HOT BOX PIZZA <br /> Mr. Gilot indicated that the Board is in receipt of a Sidewalk Caf6 Permit application from the <br /> above establishment located at 1234 North Eddy Street, South Bend, Indiana for daily use from <br /> 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Hot Box Pizza requested tables be placed against the front of their <br /> establishment and out along the crosswalk. Mr. Gilot made a motion that the Board deny their <br /> request for the tables blocking the crosswalk, but approve the two tables close to the front of the <br />
