Tax Abatement <br />(1) continued... <br />property is located in the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area, which is a <br />Tax Incremental Allocation Area; therefore, <br />approval of the tax abatement petition by the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />The property is not located within the <br />Northeast Neighborhood's residential TIF <br />area. The property meets the qualifications <br />for a five -year residential tax deduction <br />under the tax abatement ordinance. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2779 <br />approving an application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 1016 Notre <br />Dame Avenue in the Northeast <br />Neighborhood Development Area (J. <br />Nicholas and Diane Entrikin) <br />C. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Addendum to Contract for Sale of Land <br />with East Bank South Bend Development <br />LLC (former Rink Riverside site) <br />Mr. Relos noted that on March 5, 2010 the <br />Commission approved a Contract for Sale of <br />Land with East Bank Development LLC for <br />the former Rink Riverside site at Sycamore <br />and Colfax Streets. The Addendum to <br />Contract for Sale of Land is before the <br />Commission today because the original <br />Contract required the Commission to approve <br />the final site plan and building specifications. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2779 <br />APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR REAL <br />PROPERTY TAX DEDUCTION FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 1016 NOTRE DAME AVENUE IN THE <br />NORTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA (J.
