South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) continued... <br />Three of the units are under contract, with the <br />fourth expected to be under contract next <br />week. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Addendum to <br />Contract for Sale of Land with East Bank <br />South Bend Development LLC (former Rink <br />Riverside site) <br />(2) Resolution No. 2757 approving and <br />authorizing the Execution of an <br />Addendum to the Master Agency <br />Agreement (Jefferson/Main Property <br />Improvements) <br />Mr. Relos noted that the Addendum to <br />Master Agency Agreement for the Jefferson / <br />Main Property Improvement Project is for <br />completion of the landscaping of the <br />Commission owned parcels on the southwest <br />corner of Jefferson and Main Streets. <br />This project will improve the appearance of <br />the corner by removing the steel posts, <br />concrete barriers, and various elements <br />which are no longer used. New top soil and <br />hydro seeding will be applied to the northern <br />most lot, with three cement pads containing <br />two benches each will be added. <br />The middle daily parking lot's entrance will <br />be landscaped, an approach no longer used <br />will be removed, and new mulch and <br />plantings will be added to the current bed <br />10 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE ADDENDUM TO <br />CONTRACT FOR SALE OF LAND WITH EAST <br />BANK SOUTH BEND DEVELOPMENT LLC <br />(FORMER RINK RIVERSIDE SITE <br />
